NOTHING IN MY HOUSE WILL CONNECT TO MY INTERNET PLEASE HELP?
Ok so I'm writing this from my phone so sorry in advance for the sketchy grammar. I have TWC internet service and purchased a premium plan, and have the given ubee router. My internet has worked great since I got the plan in mid July. However, since yesterday my internet has not worked whatsoever. I first noticed when I woke up and was not connected to the network. I attempted to reconnect and it said it was unable to. This had happened on the past, and was usually fixed by unplugging and plugging it back in. I tried on every other device in my house that was connected, and nothing worked. Not even the Ethernet cables are picking up an internet connection. On the ps4 it says it recieved an IP adess but then failed to get internet connection immediately. I've unplugged and power cycled everything in my house and nothing seems to work. The only things I haven't done are call customer service and hit reset on the router. Figured I'd check here first. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you

First thing I always do when I have lost my internet connection is reboot my modem. There are a lot of times where this fixes the issue. Also, if you connect everything in your house wirelessly then you should also reboot the router. I usually just unplug them both for a few seconds and then plug them back in. Hopefully once they both finish reconnecting you will be back online. Obviously if your modem is also your wireless access point then you only have to reboot one device.

Your devices will all gain an ip address even if you aren't connected online, because if your router is still working then they connect to your network. Those ip addresses are part of your network not the internet ip.

If rebooting doesn't work then it might be best to call customer service to see if they can help you trouble shoot the issue.

Reset the UBEE. There's a recessed buttom, press it for 15 seconds.

Do not get me wrong but I guess that you should have called the customer service or the technical team of the internet service provider you got right after the moment you had encountered problems with your internet connection? Do they charge a fee for technical consultation? If not I do not see any reasons why you should hesitate in asking them. If they happen to charge for a price, I guess it would be better to pay for a small fee that to deal with the other problems that may come along as you face these technical problems with your internet connection alone. Check out this article (insert link here) to know more details about intent service providers and what you should be getting from them. You can also check http://www.comaprebroadband.com.au to compare cable internet plans for your home or office.
