What are some good promotional ideas for a small local bar, for daytime hours?

I work at a small local bar and I need some promotional ideas for the daytime. We only have one pool table and one dart board, but 8 TV's including a projector and surround sound, and also a juke box connected to the internet. So my equipment to work with is odd and limited. Any one have ideas they wish their bar would do or does? Please serious and practical ideas only.

do you sell food? Many bars have 10 cent wing days, 1/2 off appetizers on other days etc. What about asking the beer and liquor vendors for some sh-wag you can give away?

maybe instead of having so many TV's you could get some more pool tables or some more dart boards
