How to remove yourself from fan pages on facebook.?

I have just hit the limit of facebook fan pages allowed to be joined, and until I delete some, I cant add friends aswel as become a fan of anything else, is there any way to delete a few fan pages at one time? Instead of going onto each fan page and scrolling to the bottom to remove myself? Thank you

Yes,

Go to account (upper right corner).
Click on edit friends
Then go to Lists
Then go to pages
Click on the little "x" to delete the pages you want to.
