Can someone help me install the Google Play Store app on my Samsung galaxy Y?
'coz I bought my phone today, and I wanted to install Instagram and Angry Birds, but this kept on appearing?

"You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account"

HELP ME PLEASSSE!!

You have to have a Gmail account in order to download apps. Go to your phone's settings, then go to accounts. Click on gmail and login or make an account if you do not have one already. Once your logged in to your gmail wait a couple minutes and try going into the Google play store app again. Accept the terms of Google play store app when the box comes up and you should be able to download apps.
