how can I know if someone blocks me from skype?

I think I've been blocked but I wana know for sure, I sent him a message and it went through it went pending for a little bit, but it hit to recent, I can see his default picture, but I haven't seen his icon if he is online or not. I called and the call failed. His friend request is there. The reason ive ask is because I talk to people who removed me from friends and still get to talk to me? I'm also wondering how can you tell from mobile, I'm using my tablet so I don't know the difference.

The only ("True") method to test if you have been blocked is.



1. The Contact must have been added to your contact list.

2. You must have Skype voicemail.

3. Right click on the Contact name and choose ("Send Voicemail"). If it fails you have been blocked by that contact.
