Your internet speed and downloading speed are different things..
The reason why the download speed is 120kb/s varies on whichever source you're downloading from.
Try downloading from another site/url.

Are you sure your not getting confused with Kbps and KBps

Internet speed is normally measure in Kbps (KiloBITS per second), where as downloading programs normally measure in KBps - KiloBYTES per second.

1 Kilobit is 1024 Bits ( in data a single binary character is a Bit ( 10111101 is 8 bits of data)
1 Kilobyte is 1024 Bytes (in data 8 bits make one byte - so 10111101 is 1 byte)

1 kilobyte / s = 8 kilo bits per second so 900 kilobits per second would give you a download speed of just over 100 kilobytes per second - which is what your getting.

Google converson from Kb/s to KB/s says 900Kb/s is equivalent to 112.5KB/s which seems very close to what your getting (your possibly exceeding 900kbps slightly
