Which are the free blogging platforms allowing affiliate links?

I'd like to build some websites on free platforms where I'd like to promote relevant affiliate products. I need a good list of free blogging platforms and free website building sites which let me to use affiliate links.

Google's Blogger.com seems fairly tolerant of content, others like Wordpress.com has a fee for commercial use.
You may well find that the labor investment needed to get enough traffic to actually get sales, makes the monthly cost of a paid host look trivial. Most of the $8/mo "unlimited" shared hosts allow any number of sites on one account.
