Who's using all the damn internet!?

For the past year now every time my parents get on the internet my ping is always 600+. My mom only uses Facebook and her email and occasionally opens up YouTube, same with my dad(I check there history). I have unlimited internet and I always call bell for help and they say to reset my router, there super useless. It's weird because I know it's there computer because as soon as there computer turns on it's high ping and when it's off it's 90-100. Please help me

sallam alaykom change ur password from here and everything will be fine

192.168.1.1 type username admin and password admin and change it from there goodluck and be sure to connect from admin pc

Sounds like your parents computers have viruses and are using bandwidth. Try having a network monitor to see who it is. You must have their pc's on doing nothing

Could be a defective Ethernet card. Do you think posting the make & model & OS of their computer would have been helpful?
