Wordpress blog: changing permalink structure?
I recently decided to change my permalinks. I went from default structure to
1) domain/post
2) domain/category/post
Apparently, the previous links to the blog post don't get deleted. It seems that mine were left intact and still lead to the same article. The second permalink site also leads to the the same post. Finally the thire permalink leads to the same post.

I found this out by running my site through sitemapdoc.com. I was able to click on the links and see that there is more than one URL to will take you to the same post.

How do I clean this up.

I think it makes me look like I am using exactly duplicated content. I also think it has slowed down my page speed time.

How do I fix this.

the site is ragingalcoholic.com

Not sure how that happened, but I wanted to interject that a more SEO optimized permalink would be just the post in order to make the keywords in the post title more prominent in the URL.
