Why is the sound on my Instagram Video recordings slow and distorted?

Same exact problem with the same phone!! The only thing I can find is that you have to turn the sound and volume up on your phone but the voice is still this weird wacko darth vader slow-mo voice...its ceeepy

I have no idea whats going on with the galaxy note 2...but when im editing my video it sounds fine but when I post it, it becomes slow sounding and wierd. ..its def a galaxy problem hope they fix it quick!!

The Problem was SOLVED when i edited my video with wevideo.com
- just open wevideo.com
- sign up for account
- upload your video
- when done, publish it (you may need to publish to Google drive as its the only FREE way to get your video downloaded)
- once you publish the video from wevideo.com & download it from Google Drive, now you can use the final video on IG

Has anyone found a fix on this? I just got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for both of my kids and we are having this problem.
