how do i get rid of the extra ad on at the bottom of my screen?

at the bottom of my e-mails there is an ad on in front of the bottom e-mail. I do not want it there how do I stop it.

If you are using a free e-mail service (i.e., Google mail, Yahoo mail, etc.), you don't. That ois part of the Terms of Service and any attempt to disable the ad may cause your email provider to delete your email. Those ads are why you get the email service for free.
