One of my Facebook friend's profile is not loading correctly?

First off, the person's profile picture shows this: http://i.imgur.com/9PqFDS1.png

It only does this for this one person and nobody else. Which leads me to believe it's my computer's fault, but the person's profile doesn't show on mobile (both Safari on iPhone and the Facebook app) neither.

Additionally, the profile is really weird. Anything I click on (Photos, Games, Apps, Notes, Friends) it says "No ____ to show" and and nothing on the bottom. Even if a person's privacy setting was tweaked it wouldn't do this. What's going on?

Restart your device or check your connection settings. And change your password as well. Imgur.com is a freeware website to upload images and people upload Facebook homepage overthere and send the link to you or your browser. When you login to there, your password will go to their email like:

Victim's email: abc@Yahoo.com

Victim's password: abcdef

Either their account has been deactivated or suspended by facebook.
