The fact that you type in all caps does not lend much credibility to your story. Also, you should consider that, as a minor, you have no right to enter into the legal contract you are suggesting. You're also going to need far more than HTML, CSS and a little PHP to develop a site that *might* turn profitable.

I am not saying these things to discourage you, I am merely trying to encourage you to continue to learn more on your own. Build your own website, it's cheap (I have a personal site on godaddy.com and pay only about $25 a year including domain), doesn't require you to negotiate with investors, allows public access, and is a wonderful learning opportunity to really get down and dirty with building a real public site. You can easily continue to work and develop a functioning site without the overhead of actually trying to start a company (which, again, you cannot legally do at your age).
