What is the best internet provider for houston, tx?

My internet is bad I have windstream and the only time it's good is when one person uses it. I need a new prvider.

You really only have two choices in Houston which would be Comcast also known as Time Warner or ATT DSL. Sometimes one will be faster in your area then the other. To know for sure you would need to ask your neighbors who are on ATT if they are experiencing slow behavior with their service. ATT will make you sign a 1 year contract while Comcast will let you be on their service on a month to month basis.
