INTERNET FRAUD NEVER GOT ITEM?

I spent over 250 on a bigcartel website over 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my items I paid via stripe I guess its bigcartel banking instead of PayPal now the seller will not respond to any emails what can I do bigcartel says they can't help they don't control the sellers transactions what can I do?? If any thing how can I press charges if I don't know who th ey are?

Its about the website not the method you used to give them money. I'd do a "whois" lookup on the domain though that is probably blocked. But I would mail the hosting company and tell them what happened and ask for their information so you can sue if you can even get that information.
