Why is my camera fuzzy/weird on Vine?

I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 on the Verizon network. For some reason if I try to take video on Vine the camera acts crazy with colors and pixels blurring all over the place. I tried the camera out on it's own and it's fine. And the camera facing me is fine in Vine. It's only the one facing out and only in vine. Is it my phone? Should I delete and re-download Vine? If I do will it delete all my videos and likes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate being talked to like I'm a complete idiot and all, but I was wondering if it was a problem with my carrier/OS and Vine not the actual phone itself.

I did uninstall and reinstall Vine and it still does it, but if I take video and play it back it's clear. So I have no clue what that could be.

you testing the stock cam app and had no issues.... so OBVIOUSLY its not the phone or cam app....... rather, Vine sucks or has issues with gs3 camera app inegration...... uninstall and reinstall vine... if isue remains, contact Vine and report your issue.

Vine is like Instagram and Facebook.... the app is nothing more than a portal to its server... all yoru crap is on the cloud... uninstalling the app wont remove your likes
