If I have my Facebook settings to friends only, can (friends of my friends) assess my page through a comment ?
ie. I commented on the same picture that someone else ,who I don't want to see my Facebook, also commented on.

If your settings is friends only then people other than friends can't comment on your photo. check out your settings. When you tag your friends in your photo, that person's friends may also see likes or comments on the photo.
