Help with deciding a job title?

My director of services for a respite care and behavioral services group just offered me a promotion.
The company is fairly new, established in 2009, so I will be the first full time employee on the services side, as they have several on the operations side.

Since I am her first full-time, she has no idea what the job title should be, and has given me some leniency in deciding it and running it by her to deem appropriate.

I will be handling normal administrative assistant tasks in office, but will also be out of office regularly doing initial interviews with small case families referred to us by the regional center, as well as doing some hiring, and when I have time doing presentations and promoting the company in person and social media.

Does anyone have an ideas for the title?
It would help me out a lot! thank you
