Is deleting a coworker from facebook ok?
Where I work people are constantly coming and going on projects so you get to meet a lot of new people and make friends. After working on a particular project for about three months I became friends with all involved on FB. The project has now been over for about a year and since then I have gone to lunch with one of the guys, we will call him Dan, 2 times (once every few months). While we're out we really just talk about new projects were working on and mostly work related topics. I haven't worked with Dan on any new projects since the last one and never see him but it's always a possibility we will work together again as I have worked with other people that were on that project again. The reason I'm debating unfriending and blocking Dan is because a day before we were suppose to have lunch for a third time he messaged me on FB and said some really inappropriate things and made me feel really uncomfortable. When I made it clear I wasn't interested in his advances (he's more than twice my age and married!) he quickly apologized and we cancelled lunch. I would have just let it go but then he commented on one of my status flirtatiously which leads me to believe he didn't learn from his inappropriate actions and that he may try again. If I unfriend/block him I do think that he'd notice and plus I'm worried that if we run into each other at work I'll have to explain myself which will be awkward. I've thought about staying friends but making it so he can't see my status' but then I'm worried he may message me again. Should I just unfriend/ block him anyway? Or just adjust my privacy settings? I like to avoid confrontation as much as possible but I don't want someone to think it's ok to be inappropriate towards me.

Screw this pervert I'd block hm and if he says anything, say you'll report him to Human Resources and tell his wife. Guys like this pick on girls like you they think they can push around, I mean it doesn't happen to women like me because I'd have his balls for lunch.
