What you do to manage your time and why this strategy appears to work for you?

Everyone can develop time management skills by working on the most critical items first. If we try to follow this way, we don't get our entire list done, atleast we could finish the most important tasks.

I’ve tried a few online time tracking solutions to manage my time and tasks. I find it easier to use Replicon ( http://www.replicon.com/olp/online-time-...tware.aspx ) than some of the other solutions. Have been using for years and it’s worked wonderfully. It tracks time and expenses for multiple projects. It has great usability and clear time spent reports.

My process is simple, calendar every single hour or my working day. I use Google Calendar and put everything on there. There are also some great apps you can download which allow you to set a time for certain task and they will alert you when the time has past. I use a few also for my browser "Cloud Timr" and "Task Timer" which do basically the same thing. So I know what I am suppose to be doing at all times and how long it should take me.
