Can't upload pictures using wifi on android?

When i use 3g connection then i can upload pics on whatsapp but whenever i shift to wifi connection then i cannot send pics to my friends or my groups in whatsapp.

Same way i can upload pic on instagram using 3g connection but cannot upload using wifi.

Another thing is i cannot get playstore (google play) to load in wifi mode but can get it to load in 3g connection mode.

My android: 4.2.2

I also have an iphone and it has no problems with that wifi.

What can i do to fix my android?

I think you Wifi Connection is very slow.
