Can you help me brainstorm important areas of a businesses online reputation?
Basically, I'm after anything else that you believe is an important consideration for an online business. I'm brainstorming business concepts that are important in regards to reputation and establishing an 'Authority' status within a market. In the tradition of brainstorming, there is no right or wrong answer.

Here is what I have so far:

>> Reviews / Testimonials
>> Surveys / Feedback / Questionnaires
>> Complaint Procedure (Respond time, Resolved Satisfactorily)
>> Awards / Recognition / Referrals / Affiliations
>> Track Record / History / Improvements / Problem solving
>> Brand Reputation / Social conversation / Community Awareness
>> Ambition / Mission Statement / Vision
>> Customer Service / Support / Bug Reporting
>> Accessibility / Technology / Software
>> B2B relationships / B2B reputation / Third-Party Product, Services used / Joint Venture
>> Products/Services / Quality, Value, Cost
>> Market/Industry knowledge, Expertise, Experience
>> Unique Selling Point (Awareness of, Importance of)
>> Advertising / Promotions, Media & Press
>> Marketing landscape / Scope / Affiliations / Effectiveness
>> Website Design / Compliance / Traffic (source) / Conversion / Bounce rate
>> Location / Reach / Local awareness
>> Brand Ethic / Industry Awareness / Charitable considerations
>> Social Presence / Social Conversation / Conversation Involvement / +, Likes etc
>> Security / Privacy / Data Protection / Legal Compliance / T & C's
>> Free Information / Consulting / Industry, Market Advice
>> Website Content / Blogs / Free Reports / eBooks / eMails
>> Competitor Awareness / Competition / reactionary strategy
>> Employees / Training / Management / Office Environment / Professionalism / Outsourcing
>> Negative Campaign removal / Defamation / Dishonest Reviews / Reaction time / Reach

ANYTHING else you can think of that is important to an online reputation would be great

If it's a physical product store, site. Buyers rank only one thing, far above everything else, as the most important.

Shipping speed.

Even if you ship them the wrong thing, if they got it fast, they're more likely to rate you higher.

Buyers will definitely appreciate fast replies to their inquiries. I know no one is perfect but in order to satisfy your customers, you need to be fast an accurate with everything from product description, to answering queries, up to shipping. Clients also appreciates any after support you will do too after they purchase your product.
