Sky broadband problem?
Sometimes (usually peak times) sky broadband cuts out and shows this message. What causes this and how can I fix it?

You need to speak to sky. It could be a router problem but most likely it is a line fault causing poor connectivity. Sky can run line tests while you are having the problem to verify. They will do it while you are on the phone.
