First off, delete it from your wall if its on there. second if its really embarressing deactivate your facebook for awhile. Our of site out of mind. If it was really embarressing i would not say they were a friend and confront them about it. The biggest thing is not to overthink. its done its in the past theres nothing you can do about it. lets think of the now and the positive.

Step away from the PC for a while.
Pick up a book and read.
You might become wiser.

Calm Down And Approach Them And Tell Them That you Felt it Was Embarrassing and Ask them to Delete it if They Dont Than Just Try to Ignore it and Dont Think About What Was Said

Hope This Helps
