how to reinstall internet explorer?

The program may have been partially uninstalled accidentally. When i try to use its unresponsive. I'm using windows 8.1 on a Dell inspiration laptop.

Go to internet explorer's website and just hit download and it should repair the part that was accidentally deleted. If this doesn't work, completely uninstall the program and then re-download it from the website. Hope this helps.

Try to disable it in Windows Features and after a restart enable it and then re-restart.

Don't even bother re-installing IE. Get chrome. Your life will be 10x better.
