False Advertisement On A Buggy Website?
Hi im looking to buy a new pram on a website which states 10% off everything except the makes (Mutsy, Emmaljunga And Mima) And that the discount will be applied once you go to checkout, The buggy i want to purchase is a Bugaboo so i added it to my basket, went through to checkout and its still at its original price, i phoned the company up and they said the discount doesn't apply to Bugaboo's even though there is no mention of that on their website. What are my rights. is there anyway around me getting the extra discount which would really help (an extra £50 off) Surely if Bugaboo isnt mentioned as being excluded then they have to honour the discount?

No. The website is an 'invitation to treat' so you are the one offering to buy. The seller doesn't have to supply.

They don't HAVE to sell you anything never mind sell at a discount.
