Girls: what should I do in this situation?

Perhaps you should know she's stared at me several times (she doesn't seem attached to anyone, really) and we already talked once (which was very pleasant), but we don't share any classes (we go to the same Uni).
Oh, and once I saw her and I winked at her, and she waved right back at me.
Is it OK to tell her something like
"Hey, are you on Facebook? I don't want to talk to you only if we bump into each other".
Or would be too weird?
See, since she doesn't seem attached to anyone (shy or introverted?) I don't want to be too pushy (sending a FB invitation) or too weird (asking her if she's on FB?).

Its facebook. Its not like you are asking her to marry you. Lol. Guys ask me for my facebook all the time as a friendly thing. If I were you, I would ask her for her number and call her cute/pretty/beautiful. She is sending you hints. Respond to them
