Let eg some circumstances, we are include backlinks in Yahoo answers.
Actually Yahoo! Directory Submit service costs US$299. Both backlink value is same?

Of course I agree in Yahoo answers the link is nofollow link, but such links also influence SEO rankings.
Both links are same value or .. let me know. what is the different between these two links?

The Yahoo directory was once a big seach rank booster, before there were countless alternatives like social sites, there are signs of it being phased down. It's not strictly a case of numbers, beside the page rank where your link appears, some sites, like a human reviewed directory garner more search engine respect are are more powerful rank builders than forum posts or answers. Yahoo Directory(dir.yahoo.com) with PR 8 and Yahoo Answers (answers.yahoo.com) with PR7 are totally different domains as Google treats subdomain as an unique domain.
