Do people see it when you retweet them?

I've recently got twitter back, I've never really used it much however. I've been wondering though, the reason why I got it back was because I've been wanting to talk to this girl who I've been told about (and who I find very attractive) but she only has twitter. She doesn't know me, but we live in the same area and we are in the same school year... Except now we've left school and have for a year now.

Anyway, I followed her about 3 days ago yet she hasn't followed back, I've only tweeted once, follow 112 people and have like 12 followers if it matters but she still hasn't followed back, and I obviously can't talk to her privately unless she follows too. So I'm hoping that I can get her attention and get her to follow me.

My original plan was to simply tweet a few interesting things (or things I found funny said another way) but obviously she can't see them unless she looks me up and sees it. So my plan is to now "retweet" her when she tweets something I find pretty interesting. So as the title suggests, can she see it if I retweet her? Also is retweeting the thing where it shows all your followers what someone else has said? Because I don't really wanna reply on something when she doesn't know me...

You can reply to her tweets, retweet them, or favourite them. She'll see them all. And just because you follow someone doesn't mean they'll follow you back.

So, a good site is this: http://www.friendofollow.com : You'll follow, like, 100 people, and have 100 followers, it makes that all this equalize . In the case of this girl... Reply some tweet about her, or favorite some, or things like these. If you see that she's tweeting and aren't seeing you, I really think that she's despising you, guy. Good luck for you! I'm a girl and sometimes the reason for all this confusion is simples things, as she could be on Twitter from her phone, or she doesn't knows use it. Anyway, good lucky and keep trying. You have to show your true interest (but, at the same time, don't let her put you down).
