why isnt my whats app work? Someone help, PLEASE:(!!?
My whats app is refusing to send messages on my wifi and my 3G. I have tried to reset my phone but nothing happened! I cannot delete and re download the app because it will delete all my chat history which is very important to me, someone please help!

dont worry about the chat history, once you delete whatsapp and re-install it it notices that you have an account linked to the number, then it gives you the option to import all the messages
