Will asking a question here about etsy.com/shop/punklovedesigns increase my search rank?

I'm trying to figure out how this all works. Would listing the words graffiti, art, ink, and nature also help?

Web sites and search engines have come to the understanding that if a site wants to remove the benefit of spam backlinks they may add the noFollow tag to links. Even after you have accumulated the Answers points to make clickable links, they will have the noFollow tag instructing search engines to ignore.

There are browser plugins that identify if a link on a page is noFollow and of little SEO use.

Many sites like Answers don't tolerate spam links, this question may be deleted, after a few more cases your account can be deleted.
