Why is my internet connection so unreliable?

My router is the Xfinity Wireless Gateway. The internet in my house is so unreliable for my family for a few reasons:
1. I play the online game World of Tanks. Some days my ping can be decent at 50-60ms, but then it just starts getting out of hand and lags like crazy and is consistent at 150-200ms which makes the game entirely unplayable.
2. I get limited connection on my Xbox 360, where I get disconnected completely most of the time.
3. No more than one person can use a device on Wifi or else it becomes slow as hell.
4. According to results from multiple Ookla Speedtests, the connection can range from 20-30mbps to sometimes 1-2mbps.
I've tried unplugging everything from it for 2 mins and plugging it back in but nothing works. Sorry for the rant but I'm getting very frustrated with my PoS internet and need a solution.

Ok i think it's problem of your router and when multiple connection are established it cannot get a way by which it would devide the speed Try the routers Administarative menu and try to find the MTU size and set it to maximum .
May it can resolve your problem.
