i have windows 8,when ever i connect to internet my intenet conetion downloads automatic updates for my laptop?
I disabled automatic windows updates but still the conection works,how to het rid this,what else should i disable?

Try checking if office still has updates set to connect. Also you can monitor the Internet usage in Win 8 by checking the resource monitor under Task manager .This should enable you to see which process is using the Internet unusually.
