What do you think about the idea of trying to influence oil prices by flooding the oil futures markets?
The futures would be based on the 700 million bbls in our strategic reserve

The speculators would still find some reason to raise the prices....they don't really go with the supply and demand rule...they make up improbable catastrophes that give them an excuse to keep prices high and since they've bought our government, there ain't a whole lot we can do about it.
