Facebook applications?

I want to know how can I make facebook apps that post pictures on users timeline.
for eg. There are many apps that show the recent visitors of your profile ( I know these apps are fake, and nobody can know who was viewing their profile) and then add the pictures of that users on our timeline.
I want to make a similar app! Can anybody post a tutorial on how to do this??
