Can the Samsung Galaxy s4 view emojis?

I had to order mine from at&t over the phone and I wanna know if I can view them in regular text messages, and on Instagram.

Yes it should, Android phones usually show emojis with an android look in messaging, for Instragram it will come out in text most likely. The option to see the emojiis is usually at the bottom right of the keyboard(it comes up when you can use emojis
