No, it's not an authorized dealer.

That is a 10 week old Chinese registered site, there is Zero chance of getting authentic Nikes from them. The Copyright © 2011 is BS, the absence of any identifying phone# or business address would be big trouble should you need to follow up with them.

They also run these counterfeit sites:

1. fashionssjordan.com
2. fxmteam.com
3. gammablues.com
4. handvisions.com
5. kwantica.com
6. lovejordanssale.com

FYI 95% of the sneaker sites people ask about on Answers turn out to be Chinese counterfeit sites, watch out...doing a domain name whois lookup more often than not exposes Chinese ownership.

Here's the official Nike authorized store finder

Here are some large respected shoe sites:
Zappos.com (has free shipping and return shipping) did have some bad publicity after their customer database was hacked.
6pm.com ( Zappos owned clearance store)
Onlineshoes.com
Shoebuy.com
Shoemetro.com
eastbay.com (shares facilities with Footlocker)

There are forums that are dedicated to sneakers, which can be educational.

Typical Chinese fake site
It's very easy to tell the fakes
1 - NO site but Nike.com is allowed to use any Nike trademarks (Nike, Jordan, Air Max, Foamposite, etc) anywhere in their domain name. Any other site you find using any of these terms is NEVER selling authentic Nikes or Jordans
2 - ALL e-commerce sites are required by law to list a registered business address, tax ID number and contact phone number on their homepage or contacts page. Scam websites do not list this information
3 - Scam sites will put logos of well-known companies like Paypal, Visa, DHL, McAfee, etc on their website without those logos linking to those company websites. Against this is illegal. If they use a Paypal logo, then you have to be able to click on the logo to be linked to Paypal.com
4 - Look at the price. REAL Jordans are never cheap. If you find them listed at more than 20% off retail, they are fake
5 - There are very few sites selling real Jordans online and thousands selling cheap Chinese fakes. Don't ever buy shoes unless it's from a reputable online retailer like Zappos.com or from the website of a store that you know - Macys, Footlocker, Sports Authority, Champs, etc - or you are getting cheap fakes that aren't even worth $10

Air Jordan Retro 13 Playoffs Black White Varsity Red Vibrant Yellow were released on March 19, 2005, and retailed for $150. They feature a lighter blue. These are actually one of the more popular colorways of the?Air Jordan 13 (XIII),?and is a color scheme seen on many pairs of Air Jordans, as they go very well together. They are also highly sought after because besides looking really nice, they do not feature official team colors, making them adored by Jordan fanatics. The inner lining also features the french blue color scheme to match with the upper, and the tongue is almost totally perforated, which acts a ventilation system.
