I don't know why you are grouping all women in with the one that is harassing you. Same advice I'd give a woman asking about a man. Block her on social media, block her phone number, but just before you do that send her a text telling her that you are feeling harassed and will be documenting her harassment to report to the police if she keeps it up. Then do so. Unless she's threatening you, you can't get a restraining order, but you can certainly ask the police to file harassment charges. Once they talk to her about that, she should leave you alone.
