My scroll bar wont allow me to scroll down in explorer but is fine everywhere else, why is this?
The up/down scroll bar does not let me scroll down when trying to use in explorer, it works on all other programmes correctly just not explorer!

Just use the Page Down key instead until you can get someone to look at it
