Why does my "Flixster App" say there is no storage space?

I entered a code to get an "Ultraviolet" film on Flixster but when I pressed download on my app it says that "There is no space left on the external storage (such as an SD card) of this device." My SD card has 20gb left on it! Why won't the film download?

My phone is a Sony Xperia M if that helps.
