non-solicitation Clause and facebook?
So, my partners just moved from one Childrens nursery to another newly opened one.
The old nursery has a non-solicitation for 6 months clause.
My partner is friends with several parents of children at the old nursery on facebook.
My partner copied a status from the facebook page of her new nursery onto her personal status for all her firneds to see - this status promoted an offer the new nursery was running.
Her old nursery has issued a worning of legal action based on the non-solictation clause.

Is this enforcable based on a status on facebook promoting the new nursery when it was not targets as specific individuals?
