Where to report someone selling health products?

I purchased a product from this store and it gave me adverse effects. I went back and talk to the store and gave them my complaint. I asked to where they got there product from. Possible they produce them and sell without a license. They had severals products that they packaged together who knows where could be in their home or store. I asked for their business info such as tax id and real business name. they were not able to do so. Where to report them?
