how to save a photo from instagram without an account?

hi i don't have an instagram account. i saw my friend's instagram photo link on twitter and followed it. how do i save that photo to my computer without creating an account

Go to http://web.stagram.com/ and type in their username after the web address, go to the photo you want to save and right-click and click on "save as".
