Problem on Ebay?????

Most of the time, whenever I try to bid on an item, it always says i've been outbit immediately after I bid, no many how many times I bid

For example, say the current bid is $1.50
It says I have to bid 1.50 or higher, so I do, and it will automatically say I've been outbid

You have to bid much higher than the current high bid. It is giving you the minimum you can bid but there are others looking at the same time and bidding more.

This is not a problem with Ebay. It is how bidding works. You have to bid much more to outbid the others.
