what if someone publish some pictures to the web (some web sites or facebook account) if these pictures does not belong
hello everyone, i like to take pictures. (nature pictures, people around the world). And then i publish these pictures to the internet (facebook account and some blog web sites).

i would like to emphasize again. These pictures are taken by me or my friends. but these pictures are not my pictures, i mean some of them are nature pictures, some of them are some people around the world. i dont know these people. just saw them and took their pictures.
By the way, there is no any license or some another thing about these pictures on my side.

someone gets my pictures and put on facebook account and some websites. i think he/she is from another country.
my question is, is there any way to prevent this person not to share my pictures on the internet? or any idea about under protection for these pictures?

thanks,
selcuk

Is there a way to prevent it? Yes. Don't put them on the internet.

Most countries would recognize your work as copyrighted as soon as it's created. However, if you have problems with others misusing your work, you're generally going to have to hunt them down and sue them.

If you put your own work on the web all by yourself, you're essentially saying that it's worth most to you to get attention, or to get money from ads, or to try and sell something else yourself, or to advertise for your business, etc. Your work may be copyrighted, but if it's anything decent, other people are going to start copying it and circulating it around. And you are granting places like Facebook a lot of permission to do things with your work as well.

The main things you can do are: (1) don't put anything you care about on the web, and (2) be ready to issue takedown notices to places like Facebook if people start using your work without permission.
