It depends on how good your camera is. At this moment it only works for the best phones, like Samsung Galaxy S, iPhone, iPad, iPod and stuff, because these have the best camera's.

Not every Android phone can get Instagram. In future updates, you might be able to get it. If you have a high end phone, you're more likely to get it.

That's a good ass question because I can't get it either. And Dennis must not be right because I have a Galaxy S and still can't get it. My guess is that you have to wait for either a software upgrade on your phone or an update for instagram. It's pretty annoying though.
