i cant order a surface pro 2?

I am a student and i just verified my academic status with microsoft. that was fine. i put the surface pro 2 in the cart and went to checkout. i got to the page where it shows what you have ordered and how much it is. (one of the first pages) when i try and click next, it takes me to a page that tells me my academic status has been accepted. after a few seconds it forwards to another page that says a similar thing. if i click next on this page, it just puts me back to he page that stays for a few seconds, and the cycle repeats. i have tried going back to the original microsoft store website and when i tried again, the same thing happened. here are some links that show the pages it showed.
