What is the best free blogging website?

I want to start a fashion blog, i need a free site that has free domain( not shure what that means), i can customize anything add any pictures or word and get paid if it becomes successful. It needs to be total free and unlimited and not owned by another company. would blogger ( google) work thanks

blogger seems to work great for blogs like that.

ALL free websites/blogging platforms that I know are owned by other companies as you are a subdomain on their site and WHEN you do anything that violates their ToS, they can and will delete your site.

eg: hxxp://YOURSITE.blogger.com or hxxp://YOURSITE.wordpress.com

personally, I like being in control of my efforts and to achieve that requires as little as $30 a year to make it a reality

you can use wordpress.com too. I started blogging on that platform and it works simply great. I had great ranking too so basically works just fine and plus you have wordpress functionality (or most of them) which is great too.
