Google Disavow tool - Question?

Hi, I used the google disavow tool about a month ago,

I'm looking at my webmasters tool and I'm still noticing no change in "sites linking to you" . Any comments, suggestions, advice ?

are you penalized by google penguin then use Google disavow Tool and apply for reconsideration request. if you are remove all the spammed back links . it's ok, otherwise contact the administrators of the backlinks. and send the request for removal of your website, if they are respond your request . if they are not respond ur request. use the disavow tool and

Not much you can do for now, only wait. The disavow tool will do it's work but not so fast You could contact the administrator of the websites from where your bad links are coming from and ask them to remove the link, this may speed up the process, but since you're using Disavow I guess you already tried that. Have patience!
