Free unlimited calls using the internet?

i would like to do this on both my computer and cell phone. does anyone know how?

There is no way. You have to pay for calls.

You can use skype calling but it will work only if the other person also have skype.
Also if you are using either android or windows phone, there's an app named LINE. You can call by using LINE but the same applies here if other person have this app, then only you can call the person.
